About me
Hello, I’m Eleanor
I’m an integrative psychotherapist and the founder of Willow Counselling. For over eight years I have worked with adults in NHS, charity and private settings, supporting people through anxiety, low mood, grief and times of change.
I draw on different approaches depending on what you bring, and I pay close attention to the relationship between us. My hope is that sessions feel calm, unhurried and respectful: a place where you can speak openly and be met with warmth rather than judgement.
How it works
Getting started is simple
There is no need to have everything worked out before you get in touch.
01
Book a free 15-minute call
A short, no-obligation conversation about what has brought you here and whether we feel like a good fit.
02
Your first session
We get to know each other, agree what you would like to work on and how often to meet, and talk through confidentiality.
03
Ongoing sessions
Weekly 50-minute sessions, in person in London or online, for as long as they feel helpful. You can pause or stop at any time.
